Plans, the 14-day trial and switching to Free

What each plan includes, how the Pro trial works, how to change your plan, and what happens if you go back to Free.

  1. 1

    Plans at a glance

Free is free forever. Pro is €19 a month and Business is €49 a month; with yearly billing, you pay for 10 months instead of 12.

    • Free: 1 calendar, 20 bookings a month, Google Calendar, confirmation emails, widget with BookBrain branding.
    • Pro: 3 calendars, 500 bookings a month, products and online payments, virtual queue, manual approval, your own logo and colors, API and webhooks, email support.
    • Business: 10 calendars, 5,000 bookings a month, group experiences, overnight stays, multiple locations, priority support and an onboarding video call.
  2. 2

    The Pro trial

Every new account starts with a free 14-day Pro trial, no card required. A banner at the top shows how many days are left, and we'll email you 3 days before it ends.

  3. 3

    Check your usage

Settings → Billing → Plan shows your plan, your active calendars and this month's bookings compared with your limit.

    • On the Free plan, once you reach the booking limit, the widget pauses until the next month.
    • On paid plans, we never block bookings: we'll email you when you reach 80% and 100%.
  4. 4

    Change your plan

On the same page, choose Monthly or Yearly (2 months free) and click Switch to Pro or Switch to Business to open the checkout page. If you already have a subscription, Manage subscription opens the portal where you can update your card, download invoices or cancel.

  5. 5

If you go back to Free

If your trial ends without a plan, or if you cancel, you move to Free right away. Nothing is deleted:

    • Your oldest calendar stays active; the others are paused.
    • Products are paused.
    • Virtual queue, manual approval and required payment are turned off.
    • Bookings you've already received are still valid.
  6. 6

    Choose which calendar stays active

In Calendars, turn off the Active toggle on the calendar that's currently on, and turn on the one you want. When you choose a paid plan again, paused calendars and products reactivate automatically; you'll need to turn the virtual queue and manual approval back on yourself.
